Good Morning!
I am about to go to the gym to train for the approaching 5k run I am doing in August. I am trying so hard to be the fitess possible and feel strong. My endurance is improving and I feel like I am reaching my goals. Over the past four months I have been purchasing Oxygen magazines and getting lots of tips, and reading books like
" The Eat-Clean Diet- Stripped" by Toscha Reno, which I really enjoyed. I read Tommy Europe's book
"The 10-Pound Shred: From Flab to Fit in 4 Weeks". They were both very helpful to read to get my mindset on my achieving my goals and getting to the fitness level I want to be at.
